Needed a contractor to help me with repairs of a home that I had listed from resetting toilets, to repairing dry rot and also some minor leaks and painting areas on fascia and the eaves. Rob showed up on time as promised and was able to get me a bid and schedule the work to be completed to keep our closing on time. Jeremy was quick to return my call and set up the same day appointment. Service was excellent and my unit was fixed the first time. They are my "go to" company from this point forward.

I found Top Rank through Home Advisor. I read the reviews and called for an estimate. Jeremy came out and went over the steps needed to install a whole house fan. I called several other companies and had estimates from them as well. Jeremy was not the least expensive but personable and responsive to texts. Had a 90 ft fence installed by their crew. They did a fantastic job, cleaned up after themselves and our fence is the envy​ of the neighborhood. They built the fence custom and stuck with their quote and completed it on time! Definitely​, would use them again.

I have had to use Top Rank twice. Both times, they were at our house fast. The first time they came out the next morning, after I had called at 9:00 pm the evening before. This last weekend, they showed up in under two hours.Both times, they fixed it instantly and didn’t try to push anything else on us. The company is extremely professional and helpful.
